2、對于地面不平整，或者是板長的制作誤差和梁、柱底面高度的模板誤差，這種情況下輕質(zhì)隔墻板的上下接縫一般在3-8厘米范圍內(nèi)，在接縫處可以用水泥砂漿、板頭、磚塊等硬物填充，使用水泥砂漿填充兩板連接處時必須飽滿、密實，還要擠出的多余砂漿并及時刮掉。另外換需要注意輕質(zhì)隔墻板邊調(diào)整處理槽必須在接縫處的水泥砂漿和墻板干透后抹灰時一起處理。

2. 4、另外輕質(zhì)隔墻發(fā)現(xiàn)在較長墻體施工安裝過程中，建議在安裝時每隔3～5米距離預(yù)留一處安裝縫暫時不做處理，讓此段墻體自由收縮7～10天，待收縮應(yīng)力已基本釋放、變形穩(wěn)定后再用聚合物嵌縫砂漿將此連續(xù)接縫填實。這樣可避免長墻累積收縮應(yīng)力過大造成縫隙。

5、選材也是很重要的，在選用板材前，深入各板材生產(chǎn)企業(yè)進(jìn)行考察，了解其生產(chǎn)工藝、質(zhì)量保證體系、材料臨時堆放場地，以保證板材各項指標(biāo)都符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、有足夠的板材晾曬時間、保證材料的干燥，就是保證安裝后正常使用的前提。

6、另外安裝輕質(zhì)隔墻板時，也會對門框造成影響，所以為避免門框上部倒八字裂縫，可在門框與長墻連接處，距門框兩塊板處預(yù)留一收縮縫暫不處理以釋放應(yīng)力，7～10天后再用聚合物水泥砂漿填實處理，遮陽就可以避免門框處出現(xiàn)縫隙。
